What Jasning is
A dispatch board for small field-service crews. Cleaning companies, mobile mechanics, gardeners, dog groomers, and similar trades. Drivers, customers, appointments, and a queue (wachtrij) of unplanned work. The board is operable two ways: a normal drag-and-drop UI, or by talking to it through Claude or ChatGPT via the MCP server. Both surfaces operate on the same data.
What Jasning is not
- Not an ERP. No purchase orders, no inventory, no multi-stage quoting
- Not an accounting tool. Pair Jasning with your existing accounting software
- Not a booking widget for end customers (yet). The dispatcher operates the board
- Not for 50-person installation teams. Cafca, Robaws, and Teamleader handle that segment better
Core capabilities
- Drag-and-drop dispatch board with day, week, and map views
- Built-in MCP server (streamable HTTP) with OAuth 2.1 + PKCE
- Appointment, customer, driver, and queue management
- Availability suggestions: ask for open slots by driver, duration, and date window
- Soft-cancel + archive flows. Nothing is destructively deleted by default
- REST API (token-based) for scripts and automations
- CSV export, anytime
- SMS confirmations to customers
- Mobile-optimised driver view
MCP tool inventory
Tools exposed at the /mcp endpoint. Every call is automatically scoped to the token holder's account.

Positioning vs incumbents
- Jasning vs Calendesk MCP: Calendesk leads with the AI booking widget. Jasning leads with the dispatch board. Both have MCP. Jasning is for crews scheduling outbound visits, not businesses taking inbound bookings.
- Jasning vs Jobber / Housecall Pro: Jobber has the dispatch board. Jasning has the dispatch board plus a native MCP server, so AI assistants can drive it without integrations or screen scraping.
- Jasning vs Cafca / Teamleader / Robaws: Belgian ERPs built for HVAC and electrotechnical installers with warehouses. Jasning deliberately stays lighter (no inventory, no multi-stage quotes) and is AI-native instead.
- Jasning vs Google Calendar / Excel / WhatsApp: The current default for 2–10 person crews. Jasning replaces them without becoming an ERP.
Who it's for
Owner-operators and dispatchers running a 2- to 10-person field-service crew. Cleaning companies, mobile mechanics, gardeners and tree services, dog groomers, mobile beauty, small HVAC and electrician shops. Current workflow is typically Google Calendar, Excel, WhatsApp, or a whiteboard.
Pricing
Free during beta. Full MCP access included. Paid plans land after beta, expected to anchor below Cafca's €150/month while staying above Jobber's $59 entry tier. Final pricing TBD.
