The dispatch data you put into Jasning: appointments, customers, drivers, queue items, and account settings. Plus the basics required to run the service: your email, a hashed password, and audit timestamps. Nothing else.
EU servers. We don't replicate customer data outside the EU. Backups are encrypted and rotated.
Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. When you connect an MCP client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor), your assistant reads your data through our MCP server. We do not send data to AI vendors except in response to those direct requests you initiate.
Cancellations and archives are reversible. We don't run destructive deletes from the API or MCP. A hard delete request from you wipes the row and its history within 30 days.
You can export everything to CSV from the settings page. No retention games. If you want to leave, you leave with your data.
The only place we share data is back to your own MCP client when you ask it to read or write. We use a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, error tracking) under data processing agreements. We don't sell data. Ever.
Session cookies for sign-in. No third-party trackers. We may add a privacy-friendly analytics tool later. If we do, it goes in this page first and you'll see it before it ships.
Access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, and complaint. Email hello@jasning.com and you'll get a human reply within a few business days.
This page is the source of truth. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts with reasonable notice.
