Beta access is free. No credit card. Full MCP access included. Paid plans land after beta and we'll email you at least 30 days before any plan goes live.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don't use Jasning to spam, abuse other people, run illegal businesses, mine cryptocurrency, or hammer our infrastructure with automated traffic outside reasonable MCP and API usage. We'll talk first if something looks off; we'll suspend if we have to.
You own your data. See the privacy policy for how it's handled. You can export it any time and you can cancel any time.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it during beta. There is no SLA. If something breaks, we fix it; if it's our fault and you lost money, we'll talk.
Jasning is provided as-is during beta. To the extent permitted by Belgian law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. During beta, that's zero. You can also leave at any time.
You can cancel any time. We can suspend or close an account for material violations of these terms. After closure, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you've already exported and removed it.
We may update these terms. Material changes go out by email to active accounts with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent, Belgium. We'd rather solve things over email first. Try that.
