Getting started
From signup to your first dispatched job in about ten minutes.
This page gets you from a fresh signup to a working dispatch board with at least one job on it. About ten minutes total.
1. Sign up
Create a free beta account. No credit card. The form asks for a company name, your name, an email, and a password.
You'll land on the onboarding flow.
2. Add a driver
A driver is whoever physically goes to the job. In a one-person business, that's you. In a five-person crew, add the person you'll dispatch first.
The onboarding form takes a name, derives initials automatically, and accepts an optional region (where they usually work). You can add more drivers later from the settings page.
3. Connect your AI (optional)
If you want to plan by chat instead of drag-and-drop, this is the moment.
The onboarding shows the MCP URL and three setup paths: Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. Pick the assistant you actually use day to day. Each is roughly two minutes.
You can also skip this step. The board works fine on its own, and you can connect an AI any time later.
4. Add a customer
Head to the customers page in the app. Add the first customer you have a job for. Name, address, optionally phone and notes.
Customer records are reused across appointments, so it's worth doing once well: address spellings, gate codes, dog names.
5. Book a job
Two ways:
On the board. Open the planning view, drag an empty slot onto a driver. Pick the customer you just added. Set duration. Done.
By chat. If you connected an AI, type something like:
Book Tom for the De Vos job tomorrow at 10 for 90 minutes.
Your assistant will look up De Vos, confirm the time is free, and create the appointment. The board updates while you're reading the reply.
6. Check the day view
The planning view shows your team's day in one screen: time on the left axis, drivers as columns, jobs as cards. Workload bars at the top show who's full. The queue on the right shows unplanned requests.
This is the page you'll have open most. It's designed for the dispatcher who needs the whole day in one glance.
